Through Box of Dreams, elementary students at Title I schools receive kits filled with essential classroom supplies. These resources allow students to begin the academic year prepared while reducing back-to-school expenses for families and teachers.
With support from Thomas J. Henry, TEXAS YES distributed 80,000 school-supply kits to students at 167 schools across four Texas markets in 2026:
- Austin: 8,500 kits across 12 schools in Del Valle ISD and Manor ISD
- Corpus Christi: 9,000 kits across 19 schools in Corpus Christi ISD
- Dallas–Fort Worth: 50,000 kits across 110 schools in Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, Dallas ISD and Fort Worth ISD
- San Antonio: 12,500 kits across 26 schools in Harlandale ISD, San Antonio ISD and South San Antonio ISD
His involvement goes beyond sponsorship. Thomas J. Henry personally visits schools and helps deliver supplies directly to students, allowing him to see the program’s impact inside the communities it serves.

Thomas J. Henry also presents the TEXAS YES Grant, which funds STEM initiatives, innovative programs, equipment upgrades and other projects that enrich students’ learning experiences. The grant is available to public, private and charter schools at all grade levels, as well as youth-focused nonprofit organizations, with preference given to qualifying Title I schools.
