TEXAS YES Grant Presentation Awards $20,000 in Grants to Support Innovation and Student Programs

On February 26, 2026, TEXAS YES proudly awarded 6 grants totaling $20,000 to schools and youth-focused organizations statewide. Presented by Thomas J. Henry, the TEXAS YES Grant program advances S.T.E.M., innovation, and the continued development of impactful educational programs.

These grants strengthen classrooms and expand opportunity by helping schools modernize equipment, enhance hands-on learning, and bring new ideas to life. From technology upgrades to creative program enhancements, each award reflects a commitment to supporting educators as they meet the evolving needs of their students.

Since 2020, TEXAS YES has invested $446,607 in grants, positively impacting more than 71,156 students statewide. With this latest round of funding, that reach continues to grow as we partner with schools and nonprofit organizations dedicated to student success.

2026 TEXAS YES Grant Recipients

The following schools and organizations were awarded funding through the 2026 TEXAS YES Grant Presentation:

  • Terrell Wells Middle School, San Antonio (Harlandale ISD)
  • Environmental Education Center, Dallas (Dallas ISD)
  • Margaret B. Henderson Elementary, Dallas (Dallas ISD)
  • Wilmer Hutchins Elementary, Dallas (Dallas ISD)
  • Crow Leadership Academy, Dallas (Arlington ISD)
