Aces Wild Casino Night Raises $538,000 for a Great Cause!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first-ever Aces Wild Casino Night on Saturday, September 21st. The evening was full of fun experiences for more than 400 guests to enjoy such as a cocktail hour, pictures with a sloth, live and silent auction, dinner, casino night and live entertainment from the Royal Dukes Band. We’re excited to share that thanks to your support and the incredible generosity of our attendees, we raised nearly $538,000 (and counting)!

Rob Lapinski with Accenture received Volunteer of the Year, and the Frankie Casseb Youth Literacy Club and David Abel with Cox Media received the Breakie Legacy award.  The Breakie Legacy award is in honor of The Breakie family, who co-founded TEXAS YES in 1998. It is given to individuals and companies that not only support TEXAS YES and our mission, but give back to the community and have a passion for serving.

With your donations, we can support students across Texas and provide them with  a brighter future. The success of this incredible fundraising event wouldn’t have been possible without the individuals and companies who share our belief in closing the gap to educational equality in Title 1 schools across Texas.
